Additionally, while we use the world-renowned EMF curriculum, our delivery is focused on Somatic Integration—ensuring the concepts don't just stay in your head but become your new, grounded way of being.

We recommend dedicating 3–4 hours a week: one for your module, one for our live Community Call, and a little time for your Workbook reflection.
